Lawrence M. Yore, MD, FACS, earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He then completed two years of general surgery residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, followed by a urology residency at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine. Dr. Yore completed a yearlong fellowship in urologic oncology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
Dr. Yore is an affiliate assistant professor at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University (FAU). He is board certified by the American Board of Urology and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Yore has practiced urology in South Florida since 1990 and has been on staff at Delray Medical Center since 1992, serving as chief of surgery and as a governing board member. He has also been on staff at Boca Raton Regional Hospital since 1993 and is a consultant at Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital. Health care directory Castle Connolly has recognized Dr. Yore as a “Top Doctor” since 1994.
